National Lotteries Commission - Miscellaneous

Applications to the Miscellaneous Purposes category will only be considered from non-profit organisations whose activities or projects fall outside the mandate of the distributing agencies for Arts, Culture and National Heritage, Charities, and Sport and Recreation. Another area of funding that will be considered under Miscellaneous Purposes are projects that aim to address emergency situations, disasters and catastrophic events.

Unlike the other NLC funds, this fund receives applications throughout the year. You will need to write a letter of motivation for the project for which you require funds and explain why it is significant.

Eligibility criteria

• Proof of registration as a not-for-profit organisation.
  
• The project must clearly fall outside the mandate of the other NLC funds (Art, Culture and National Heritage, Charities and Sport and Recreation).
